Chalet Summit Heights is a unique chalet born with the vision of Carole and Michel, the creative owners, who by putting two standard townhouses units together transformed them into a single 4500 ft2 modern chalet property. This chalet features a real mountain aesthetic and environment.
The property went through a complete re-building process encompassing the most modern systems. The chalet design blends traditional reclaimed wood floor boards and interiors with modern glass and metal finishing.
This 7 bedrooms, 7 bathroom property benefits from amazing views as well as a ski-in, ski out location on Whistler right at the famous “Dave Murray Downhill” by Creekside.
The wide spread counter space and gourmet kitchen are a great gathering area for apres-ski, and the dining room is able to sit up to 14 guests at the large wood leaf table. On either side of the dining room at each end of the chalet are two wood burning fireplaces, couches and day beds for relaxing moments with a view and perhaps a drink in hand.
Many custom furniture pieces, paintings and photographs make an artful statement about the owners’ taste and flair, as well as the passion they share for the mountains.

Also across the street is a bank, Starbucks coffee and full grocery store. There is a 24 hour convenience store. Bus and train stations all at your doorstep. The complex is also located at the bottom of the Olympic and World Cup Dave Murray downhill run where the Men’s & Woman’s Downhill race, Super G, and Giant Slalom races were held.

Our Whistler home is a 3 level 3 bedroom townhouse unit in a privately owned triplex. We are a short 7 minute WALK to the Creekside GONDOLA or a 4 minute drive to the main Village. Our home is approx 2,000 sf with a sunken livingroom with pine posts, cherrywood flooring and river rock gas fireplace, dining room table with seating for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher & cappuccino maker and a 2 pce powder room.
The top floor has a master bedroom with fireplace and 3 pce ensuite, a 2nd bedroom with 4 single bunkbeds, and a 4 pce main bathroom. The entry level has a 3rd bedroom or family room with a queen size bed. Private laundry facilities and a bike/ski storage room are also on this level. There are 3 sundecks; the rear deck has a gas BBQ & 6 person private hot tub with mountain view. The front deck has patio furniture during the non winter months.
Our home has been beautifully furnished and appointed. It is perfect for 1 or 2 families or a group wanting to experience all that Whistler has to offer! A short walk to all amenities including a number of restaurants, pubs, grocery store, Starbucks, shopping, valley trail, parks & lakes.
